That the Dutch horticulture sector is a funny place to work, no one knows. If you ask young people what they think about working in the greenhouse they mention: heavy work, dirty work, little challenge and hard work. They really do not see themselves working in this sector. Unfortunately they don't know that the Dutch horticulture needs employees as data analysts, lawyers, quality controllers, marketing staff and many other specialists. This is a closely guarded secret. And that's a shame because in Dutch horticulture is very great need for these specialists.
